Changed your mind? We’re happy to accept exchanges or returns within 30 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at domezio.store@gmail.com and we will send you the return address which might be different for each product because of the different addresses of our warehouses.

In case of a damaged product the shipping cost are covered from us.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Pay Pal account, within 5 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
